Replacing seats - all 3rd gen M5 the same?

Been scouring salvage yards online to replace the 2nd row seats (one damaged by cigarette fire, other wont fold)
I have a 2014 M5 Sport. I've found a ton of 2012 seats, and a few options for 2014. I know that both years are part of the same generation.
Are the seats interchangeable? Will a 2012 M5 2nd row bucket seat work in my 2014 Sport?

I plan to take the entire seat out from the floor bolts and replace the entire unit for passenger and driver side 2nd row. Thoughts?

They are same.
Just higher trim have an option for a slide out tray in the 2nd row.
