Master cylinder replacement with or without ABS?

Mechanic says I need a new master cylinder. I was looking them up on RockAuto and see some that say 4 wheel ABS and others that say w/o ABS. Question I have is that if the car originally has 4 wheel ABS why would one choose a master cylinder without ABS? Unless I'm missing something here?

Well, I believe not all Protege 5's came with ABS, it was an option.
