Rear hatch trim removal

I need to take the panel off the rear hatch but dont want to break anything clips or plastic. Anyone know how the easiest way to remov it without breaking anything is?

Just "peel" it off as gently as you can around the edges. Don't use any tools (screwdrivers etc.)
There are metal spring clips that hold it on and you might stretch a couple while pulling it off but they're easy to reshape before re-installing.
