Misfire, Oil in 2 cylinders, smoke, imrc stuck closed

I've replaced the solenoid on top of the intake manifold, reset the code, still had misfire. Pulled the plugs, had two fouled out with some oil in the 2 cylinders. Replaced the plugs and tried again, noting changed. I've checked all my vacuum lines, and everything I could find that could cause the issue. It happened while I was on the interstate running about 75mph. The car just started missing with no check engine light, about 10 minutes later the light finally came on with intake manifold runner control stuck closed, replace intake boot. That's what the code reader said. This problem is killing me, I haven't had a chance to do a compression test, but that's next on the list. If anyone can help, be much appreciated.

VTCS could be failing. Best to just delete it anyways. When you say oil in cylinders, what do you mean?
