I will try to take them by elimination.
I have entered into audio unit diagnosis menu and tested rear camera signal...the screen is blue, so I think that "Open or short circuit in reverse signal wiring harness" could be eliminated.
Now I will check the connection at the audio unit terminal, and if is ok it remaining to check the wiring between camera and audio unit
The TSB say that is applicable to the 2013-2014 CX-5 with VINs lower than JM3KE******355501. Mine is JMZKEN*****218008
