Dash Instrument Cluster Removal

Has anyone removed the instrument cluster on the 2007-2015 CX-9? Looks like you need to remove the top dash binnacle / shroud and then should be able to unscrew.

Can someone point me to the steps to do so?

I want to replace the gauge lens. I think my detailer sprayed some solvent that has etched all on lenses with spots.

Hi,

I am interested in this as well. I am trying to get access to the serial port of the infotainment system. unlike other Mazda models, the infotainment system does not appear to slide of once the AC strip cover is removed. So, I would really appreciate any help.
