Beep that Blasts My Ear Drums Out...

Mazda CX-5 Touring 2014
So I don't know if anyone else experiences this, but when I am handsfree while driving and I end what I am saying on the text, it makes a HORRIBLE loud beeping noise once its all done. Even if I reduce my volume super lower, it stills blasts me out of the car. Does anyone know how to turn this off? Its making me not want to use my hands free...which kinda defeats the purpose.
 
Have you tried turning the volume down as it makes this beeping noise (scratch)

Yep and it makes no difference. It’s shockingly loud and so far I haven’t been able to do anything to reduce the volume.

Maybe have a look at settings in the communications section and see if there is a toggle you can unselect
