Good evening, I just purchased a 2000 Mazda Protege from a friend of mine. The car has about 168k miles on it. It runs great and has been a great car. The car had a rough start today and it struggled as i was driving. The CEL come on and I think its the purge solenoid. No issues after the CEL came on indicating that the EVAP system is not functioning because of the CEL. Is there someone who fixed their EVAP purge solenoid recently? If so can you please point me to useful instructions or DIYs so that I can start working on my car. Thank you in advance for the help.
