Seat recliner handle not working

SO 2016 CX-9 Touring...

Pass Side seat recliner handle (on top of pass side seat, you pull to access the third row) just stopped working.
Feel like cable is disconnected.
Anyone else had this?? Almost seems like a recall - I've reclined the seat maybe 20 times, if that.

I am assuming a year old w 20k miles, they should fix this under warranty...

It's not necessarily a recall--but it would definitely a warranty item, unless someone yanked it so hard it broke off--and even then, there's no way the dealer would be able to confirm if it was abused or just failed.

Happened to me, dealer reattach the cable, under warranty.
