Hi all,

Can anyone explain the difference between the auto hold function and stop and go cruise control on the 2017's ?

In which scenarios should each be used in? The manual does not explain things very clearly.

Autohold - when active, you can take your foot off the brake when stopped and the car won't disengage the brakes until you hit the clutch or gas. Used so you can rest your foot while stopping in traffic, leaving the car in gear.

MRCC with Stop & Go - Your car can slow itself to a complete stop when using the Radar Cruise Control.

The AUTOHOLD function automatically holds the vehicle stopped, even if you take your
foot off the brake pedal. This function can be best used while stopped in traffic or at a traffic
light. The brakes will automatically release when you start driving again (releasing the
clutch pedal while in gear (manual transaxle) or depressing the accelerator pedal (automatic
transaxle)).

MRCC with Stop & Go: If the vehicle ahead stops while you are following behind it, your vehicle will stop and be
held stopped automatically (stop hold control), and headway control will resume when you
resume driving the vehicle such as by pressing the RES switch.

See above description

Auto hold - is only related to holding a car whilst stopped and AFAIK can be enabled whilst MRCC with stop/go is used.
