Hey, had a whistling coming from my engine bay today, noticed it was coming from the throttle body. I believe something should be here, possibly a throttle body screw? Any help would be appreciated.

That is the throttle adjustment screw. It should honestly not ever be tampered with, the car may have had a microtech or standalone installed before. The easiest way to fix it will be to swap another stock TB with the screw intact. It is difficult to install the screw just as it needs to be, and it is covered with stuff to keep it from moving from the factory.

What would cause the screw to completely come loose like that? The screw isn't even there.

Someone may have adjusted it in the past and it rattled loose, that's the only thing that makes sense.

And there's no surefire way to just replace the screw? That's perfect.
