I have a 2016.5 cx5, Non Bose

I am thinking about replacing the Head Unit with an Apple Car Play one,

If i understand correctly, I will loose the control Knob and the ability to adjust door lock settings and factory nav.

I do not have a Backup camera, so not worried about that

I am planing on getting it from crutchfield with all the harness's required to maintain the steering wheel controls and usb

is there anything i should be worried about as far as factory warranty goes , or other features i would loose.

Does anyone have any pictures of an aftermarket installed already, would like to see how it actually looks

Car Play and android auto are coming soon in an update. Latest rumours say early 2018. I'm just gonna wait.

Spoke to a Mazda rep at our state fair yesterday and said Car Play/Android Auto was the one item we needed ASAP. He assured me it is coming. When? Anyone's guess.

Well, there is the hack out there but I'm not admitting I've done it. They had a Mazda 3 and a CX-5, both in Soul Red Crystal Metallic.
