Help for Cruise Control limit that comes from ECU

Hello

I import a japan MAZDA CX-5 2012, and the cruise control cannot be setup more than 105KM/H, any ideas how to remove it? I tried MAZDA IDS and ForScan, but without any results

www.ovtuned.com they may be able to change it but you'd have to buy some equipment intended for full tuning to do it.
