    Engine removal question

I picked up a super clean 03 MP5 the owners son ran out of oil and I think spun a bearing. So when I pull the engine do I have to pull the tranny or van I unbolt it and leave it in the car when I pull the motor?

Much easier and faster to pull it all together.

+1 I've done it both ways and it's much easier to remove it all together.
