Is any one know where I can get this part and HOW TO REPLACE THAT, Any Tutorial

Then once you have the part number, do a search to find out where you can buy it. You can also always call the dealership service/parts department to get the part ordered as well.

Zoomzoomnation parts has low prices on oem stuff then you can see if anlocal dealer will price match it. Mine does.

Would have been nice to know that a few days ago. I had to get a replacement for my driver's side sun visor on the Speed3. Anyway, good info, thanks for sharing.
