Tire size options?

So I have the stock tires with the stock tire size (215/45r17), but if I go to a 225/45r17, tire prices go down A LOT, and the options for tires double. BUT will that tire fit with no issues?

Stock. I've made no changes to it. its a 2003.5. Not sure what else would be needed.

Thanks for the links/suggestions. I feel pretty good about it. Hopefully will have enough saved up for tires next month.
