Fishing line and a heat gun or blow dryer work well. Once it's removed use goo gone or similar to remove the left over residue, just be careful of where you get the goo gone. You don't want to get it in the seem where the plastic body colored panel the emblem sits in meets the sheet metal of the rear hatch. There is double sided tape that holds that on as well and you don't want to weaken that bond. use a rag and be carefull and patient.
