2017 Touring Lux Suede seat breathability?

The lux suede is actually fabric. It definitely has more breathability than the leatherette surfaces.

Leatherette. Someone still ought to be shot for that one.
I shared your same concerns, but ended up deciding we didn't want to pay for the GT package anyways so stuck with the middle road trim optioned up which came with this interior.
While we haven't had any massive road trips yet and the weather hasn't been summer hot yet the seats have been perfectly comfortable so far. Hoping it's not an issue come middle of the summer sun and heat or longer road trips.
Just as big of a question for us is how "cleanable" they are when something happens (i.e. from the dog, or nephews/kid induced mess). Not able to answer that one yet either.
Hoping we don't regret our choice of interior down the road.
