Kelly's blue book says it's worth 4 grand stock in my area. Just wondering what a good price for the upgrades would be?

I would list it for $4500 and see what you get. The upgrades don't really make the car more valuable in all honesty, but a clean spicy in the rust belt is a relatively rare commodity.
