Coolant overfills into reservoir. Then spills. Then the car overheats. Heater works while it over heats; just not as hot as it should be. Changed thermostat. Changed radiator cap. Doesn't look like my pump is leaking or out! (When the pump leaks it means it's out right?) No cracks or any other leaks anywhere that I can find. Although radiator cap does may a very low hissing noise that you have to put your ear to the radiator cap to hear. Please help!

Maybe a cylinder head gasket is broken. Check coolant for CO2.

Well obviously you need a new radiator cap. As for the rest it may be as simple as air in the system.

I would say replace the cap, you said you already did so maybe it's faulty. Have the parts store trade it out and then run your car with the defrost on at max heat to burp any of those air bubbles out!

I agree. A leaking head gasket can pressurize the cooling system with super-hot gasses.
