Still want first dibs.

What will it do negative/positive without the OVT. May be awhile before I can actually get that done.
 
Negatives? Intake noise! LOL
Positives? Slightly better top end. I did not notice any bottom end loss.
It will be much better with either the canned tune or a custom tune. The midrange torque increase makes it soo much easier to drive, the top end is a nice bonus too!
