2017 CX-9 Rear View Camera Problem

+bump on the issue in a 2017 cx-9.
This occured when I was listening to an audible book via my bluetooth connection, which I was earlier today when it worked fine.
The MAIN thing that was different this time is that I had low fuel. I'll see if it's still occuring when I fill up with Gas.
Got off the phone w/ Mazda, and they said their hasn't been a new firmware since February.

I've not had this re-occur since then. I've also not run the car where the gas was that low either, so I can't say how to repeat it.
I called Mazda North America, and They were very encouraging that I should take it into the dealer to look at it. clearly they get the safety implications of this not working.
