Hyundai Sante Fe (old model) spacesaver for Mazda CX-5?

Hi - I'm after a spare for my newly acquired 3-year old (approved) CX-5 here in the UK.

I've seen an old (54/55) Hyundai Sante Fe spare - it's the same PCD, and bore size.
It is a 155/90/16, which is actually slightly larger than the recommended size (145/90/16) from the Mazda website (https://www.mazda.co.uk/buying-owning/accessories/mazda-cx-5/2011-11/wheels-suspension/SPWHKTCX5/). Also *much* cheaper than getting one from Mazda.

My only concern is if it will clear the brakes.
Is it possible it won't?

Would all spacesaver/spares of this size be OK?
Anyone got any experience of this, or could you help?
Thank you!

I know all spacesaver spares tend to be a bit smaller, and also that some people also suggest turning ABS off.
The Hyundai one would actually be a bit bigger than the mazda-recommended size.
If I had to use it I'd only put in on the back and it really would only be for emergency.
I've got my head round all that, but I don't want to get it and then find it doesn't fit over the brakes!

Can different 16" wheels be different for the brake clearance? Just wondering if anyone else has ever used one of these on a CX-5?
Thanks.
