What diffuser is this?

If you can slap a piece of plastic on the back with no other mods and make the car corner better, then why didn't the only Asian car maker ever to win the 24hours of LeMans NOT put the thing there in the 1st place? Why aren't they on every car?

lol "Slap a piece of plastic on the back and make the car corner better" isn't that what spoilers do?
Street cars are supposed to be cheap, reliable, and turn a profit, not track stars. Why didn't they put wider tires from the factory? There's no extra engineering required for that. Why not have adjustable suspension? Why did they only offer the front lip on the MSP? Plain and simple, it's cost effective. Wind tunnel testing is expensive, besides the actual testing there's the labor, the extra time spent engineering the part and modifying it because the test result were unsatisfactory. It's not just a piece of plastic slapped on to the back. Car makers want to sell cars, not build expensive grocery-getters.

It is up to the consumer to build expensive highly decorated grocery-getters..........
