Hi- I am reaching out to see if anyone encountered this issue in the past. I've been having issues with my driver side window regulator so I took it to a shop and they informed me that my only option for a regulator motor was the original Mazda motor - in other words - after market won't work. Justification: after market motor cannot be properly programmed for the auto open/close feature - meaning it will work but wont provide all expected functionality....they claim that they tried an after market motor and it wouldn't take the programming....
Anyone knows if this is true?
