2003.5 Mazdaspeed Protege Partout Thread

About a year ago I had to move due to a $350/mo increase in rent. My MSP wasn't running at the time due to a blown engine so I had to send it off to pick-n-pull, and I yanked everything of value off the car before they came to get it. It's taken me a year, but I'm ready to start offloading these parts now that I have a new project to invest money in. Give me a bit to sort through all the images and give prices. It's a lot, 177 pictures in total and everything from engine internals to body panels are available from the car, some of it is still new in packaging as the car blew before I got around to finishing up the projects I was working on. A few of these parts are going to be MP3 parts as well, which I'll indicate as I go. I have my MP3 still but that thing is fully built and any stock parts I can't use will be listed as well to clean out my garage.

I work in IT and have very little time due to my position to go out and ship things, so bear with me if you need things shipped. All prices are OBO, and local pickup is highly preferred. I live in Redmond, WA. I can drive to meet you somewhere for certain parts, but my new car is an RX-8, so if you want things like the exhaust or the trunk you'll need to pick it up locally or wait for me to rent a truck etc to ship it out.

Some history on the car regarding miles. The exhaust broke apart at 75k miles, and the engine blew at 92k. All exhaust components were replaced and the modding began at 75k, so everything has anywhere from 5,000 to 17,000 miles on it.

Some of the prices are pretty high just because all I have to go on is original purchasing price. There is so little available right now for me to compare against that I just went with what I felt was reasonable. Feel free to make offers though. I'm more concerned with getting money for reliability mods on my RX-8 and emptying the garage out than I am holding on to these things waiting for months for top dollar. Make offers, and if it's reasonable we'll have a deal.
 
I saw pictures of axles. Are they for sale and what's the info on them?

hi there I'm interested in the awr oil pan , rad and the axels are you willing to do a package deal ? I'm located by the us truck border on the canadian side
 
Back up on AWR, interested in Perrin, FPR (what brand is it?), rad overflow tank, autometer O2 sensor and turbo manifold.

Would like to have the sub box but with shipping it probably wouldn't be worth it.

What brand is the Turbo manifold and is the Turbo XS boost controller electronic or manual?

I'll be getting shipping quotes for everyone I've contacted in PM's tomorrow. Didn't expect so much to have interest so bear with me. The AWR deep sump oil pan has over 10 people interested in it, and 5 people are interested in the exhaust, 2 in the downpipe, 2 in the pistons and rods and a couple other items have interest here and there. The exhaust I'm waiting on a response from CorkSport regarding, as I would like to use it on the MP3. Pending whether they will work on that will determine whether I sell it, but there is a local buyer for that.

Anyone that's done this before, any suggestions on best way to ship this stuff? This is not my forte, and working in IT, the less time I spend dealing with it the better, as it's hard to step away for multiple hours to the post office.

I'll get that for you shortly. They came with the MP3 when I bought it from CorkSport. I'm unsure on the specifics, and will have to go through some paperwork that I received with the car. I will be calling CorkSport regarding some other things tomorrow so I'll see if Derrick remembers off hand what they are.
 
I've updated the post with the order of interest on items. If you guys are PMing me on parts please respond to the post with what you've PM'd me about so people don't think they inquired first on something, as there is a lot of interest.

I also added some pricing on parts that I didn't have prices on in the thread.

I'll be working on shipping quotes for these today. Please send me PM's with your zip code and I'll start figuring out what it will cost to ship these things to people in order of interest.
