Feels like a clogged fuel filter or misfiring but no engine codes appear. Dealer will not address cause there are no codes that appear.

Even if there's no code, Mazda dealer should try to resolve whatever the issue presented by the customer under warranty. Contact Mazda North American Operations Customer Experience Center if your dealer remfuses to fix your issue.

bad gas? water in fuel? fouled spark plug? carbon build up? try one of those PEA fuel cleaner combo products (like techron or gumout) for 2 or 3 tank could be something simple like that.

If there truly is a misfire, there will be a code.

Can you describe better your symptoms? What is the vehicle doing or not doing? When did it do it?

Vehicle condition? Miles? Modifications? Original owner?

check for pending codes with a scanner
when does it happen? at idle? WOT?
do any warning lights flash?
does it happen when the car is cold? warm?

give us some more details
