I want to get a car top carrier for my 2016 CX-9 - I'm looking for some feedback. I'm wondering if anyone has a Thule Force XL - and the diagonal interior dimension of the unit. I'm hoping to fit 7 foot fishing poles inside. The interior dimensions state 80 inches but I can't find anything with a diagonal measurement. I'm getting the Mazda cross members installed as well. Will the car top carrier interfere with the shark fin? Please share your experiences with your car top carriers and the dimensions. I appreciate any information you can share. Any pictures would be helpful also. Thanks!
