2001 Protege LX 2.0. Windshield washer will only pump ~1 cup of fluid (volume of the small part of the reservoir sticking out above the bumper and rest of the tank) from the reservoir before thinking it is empty and stops pumping fluid. Thus, I keep needing to add 1 cup of fluid at a time. The portion of the reservoir below is visibly full. Any suggestions as to what may be causing this?
