Where to Buy Low Beam Headlamp Rubber Gasket

Hi all,

It's been a minute for me on here! Hope all are well!

As the thread title says, I'm looking to purchase one of the rubber gaskets that holds our low beams in place...didn't notice until the other day that I'm missing one, and it seems that these gaskets are pretty important for positioning and keeping water/debris out of the headlamp assembly.

I apologize if this is already on the forum somewhere, I did search for a good 30 minutes!

Ouch.... That's $51 Canadian with shipping.... Could be over $100 if the duty police get a hold of it.

I'm using duct tape if I ever lose mine.

Yea, no kidding... I got two big hand fulls of nuts, bolts, fuses, relays, clips, connectors and a remote, all for ten bucks. (they want $184 for the remote at Mazda)

I probably have one, but they can be easily snagged off a Mazda 3 or Mazda 5 from a junkyard. Protege sedan covers won't fit if you have the stock P5 headlights.

Unfortunately, P5s are basically non existent at all of the junkyards I've checked here in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.

Thanks for posting this! With the pictures in that ad, I was able to see the part number and search Google to find some for about $15!

I've found one on Amazon for $18.55 w/ free shipping, so I think I'm gunna go with that. Unless you have one you're just aching to get rid of?
