Hitch install... tell me he took all of this off to give a better view of install

Lordy. Not sure. All that and didn't even scrape undercoat off frame. But etrailer has a couple good vids. Took me under 1 hr solo w a Draw Tite class iii and no jacks taking my time.
 
It's very easy, hardest part is actually getting the hitch over the exhaust and in place. Fishing the bolts through is kind of tricky as well. But still took about an hour. Works great, you do hear quite a bit of hitch noise when pulling. Pretty annoying but it pulls better than expected.
 
There Are lots of products to stop the hitch noise. My removable hitch is 1 1/4 solid so many of them would not work. I welded the hole for the pin smaller and threaded it. Now I bolt it in place with a hardened bolt. No rattle.
