Are forward parking assist sensors available on the 2017s?

Title is the post. My wife hasn't driven a car in more than a decade and she is nervous about tearing the front end up while parking. I was wondering if there are forward parking assist sensors available on the 2017 I just purchased.

Not in the US, no... you'll have to import the accessory kit from Australia or Europe

Great info! I've sent this off the the dealership to see if it's possible. Thank you for the response.

they can't and won't help you... these will not be covered under US warranty
what you import will be all on you

wiring should be compatible for these body accessories, I looked at other non-US things such as alarm kits and they'll work

Or, you can install aftermarket ones.
The unit will be triggered when you step on the brake.
You will have an extra display for distance and side and a beeping unit.
Poorly integrated, but much cheaper also (<$100 on eBay).
