5sp MT owners: how long is your clutch lasting?

Hi, Mazda5 owner, but since there are so few Mazda5s out there and fewer manuals, I hoped some feedback from over here would also help me a bit. So its been 10 years and 89K mi, and I think I am beginning to get slippage on the friction surface. Is this a normal time frame or a bit premature? How long are you getting out of a clutch?
 
That's about average for a stock clutch. I have seen a stock MZ3 that was already on it's 3rd clutch by 29k miles. It just depends how you drive it, with such a light pedal it has a vague engagement and you can ride the clutch more than you realize.
 
OK,
so for the few of you that are running the 5MT, and have replaced a clutch already, what are you using, and what needs replacing? Staying OEM, or is there a better option aftermarket? Do other parts need to go in while its open, like slave cylinder or throwout bearing? Anyone doing the rear main seal?
