Possible to lock doors from outside with car running?

I want to warm my car up in the morning before I leave for work but I can't figure out a way to start the car and then lock the doors. Anyone know if this is possible. Once I start it, I can't lock it using the inside switch, the door button or the key fob.

Mazda Mobile Start. Don't even have to leave the house..

Start the engine, get out, pull the mechanical key out of your remote fob and use it to lock the door.

Open the door and with it open press the button on the B pillar (that turns off the interior lights) and while holding it press the lock button. But I don't think the fob will unlock it with the vehicle running.

Yep, just use your actual key, stick into driver door and lock vehicle. May not work if another key is still inside the vehicle.
