In theory they should be most likely interchangeable, the issue is proper suspension is matched for each individual vehicle model's specific characteristics. The P5 wagon and the sedan have slight aesthetic changes and do NOT weigh nor distribute the weight in the same ways while driving. So the suspension will not perform properly. I think most people would suggest suspension MADE for either your sedan or wagon, your life could depend on it.
