encountered a strange issue today when I pressed the voice command button, had the radio in FM mode and wanted to switch to USB via voice command, pressed the button and the audio cutout and radio was locked and frozen, tried the Back-NAV-Mute (hold for 10 seconds) reset but that didn't work either. pulled over and shut down the car, radio came back on but as soon as I hit prssed the voice command the audio cutout again and radio locked up. I was able to fix it by doing a factory reset, seems to work normally again, anyone else encounter this issue ?
