CX-9 Blower Fan Help

Hello I have a 2008 Mazda CX-9 and the blower fan is moving incredibly slow, after the AC Drain got clogged, and the unit filled with water.

I successfully unclogged the drain, and the fan spins, but it is not fast enough to defrost the windows. :(

The fan also sounds a bit like a record player scratching. I shot the video below from the filter replacement door, with the fan set to max speed to demonstrate. (After taking the video I noticed the debris in the fan, and have removed it and get the exact same results).

At this point I suspect that I either need to replace the motor, or the motor resistor, but am hoping for advice as to which one (or both) before ordering parts.

Thanks in advance!

from what I can tell from video, it loks like the motor got water logged and rusted and needs to be replaced, some fellow CX-9er's have successfully replaced with this blower from Amazon instead of the pricey Mazda OEM one, just letting you know.....

Thanks for the advice! I bought a motor locally and everything is back in working order!
