need help with vtcs removal! what should i be vacuum capping?

hello all, just got a ported manifold from a fellow forum user. im installing it now, was wondering what should be capped. does this look correct? http://imgur.com/a/HDMM0

Also, I have an egr delete. How should i block the tube outlet?

and can i just block off the purge solenoid valve? the plastic nipple for the vacuum line cracked off, and i dont feel like buying another one. was just going to put a screw in the open hole.
Edit: JK, this connects to the fuel rod. this is all new to me haha
