Fuel cut

The injectors aren't causing the fuel cut, it's too much air being registered by the MAF. Once it sees 5v it cuts the ignition.
 
I do have a manifold that is setup for the stock turbo on hand luckily, and that what I was thinking when I first saw the turbo. So would I be better off cutting out the MAF, or would the smaller turbo help?
