I have a 2003 p5 and recently did a timing belt change, the brand new drive belt now is worn on the inside closest to the motor, also the engine is rocking pretty hard, Im thinking when I took off the crankshaft pulley I may have bent one of the little spikes/protrusions a bit, the car is now idling low , curious what you genius's think it is , this is my first post but I've read a lot of posts here when I need the info, always very helpful info.

If all you replaced was the belt (and not the pulleys) then your wobbly pulleys could have fed your belt into the engine.

So you think I just need to replace the pulley's? All of them? Thank you for responding so fast

Make sure the crank pulley is installed all the way and in alignment with the other pulleys.

Idle oscillation after resetting the PCM is normal and should work itself out.
