03 Protege 5 Metallic Rattle In Engine Bay

My car makes a rattling noise in the engine bay during normal driving. The problem does not happen while idling. I've noticed that it happens most frequently in second gear at around 3000rpms. I can only hear it when the windows are rolled down or if I'm in a parking garage. I think it might be spark knock, heatshields, EGR, head gasket, or low octane fuel. I recorded some audio with my phone while driving.

There is also the butterflies in the intake runners that can rattle when the screws fall out...

Does the car run normal, or does it feel underpowered? Any other problems?

It does kind of sound like a loose screw and if the intake butterflies are the problem then could I fix the issue myself?
Otherwise the car runs fine and I haven't noticed any abnormal behavior or power loss

You'll need to pull the intake. It's not that hard, a lot of DIY'ers tackle it.

Even if that's not the issue, it's good preventative maintenance to ensure that they don't cause a problem down the road.

Alright it does look like a little bit of work for this car but I think I could handle it. Thanks for everybody's help
