Bucking (abrupt, total power loss) on heavy throttle, stalling.

It turned out to be a bad waste gate actuator. Took it to a shop, got charged $120 to have a mechanic blow through the line. I'd heard of that but I forgot how easy it is to test it....
 
Ok I think I understand it now. The Original Actuator wasent opening up the wastegate at all. The diaphragm was totally ripped. So that violent bucking was fuel cut. Now I can ease into high RPMS but still get that cut when its floored. I might need to lengthen that Actuator rod a bit so it opens the waste gate fully. Those APT actuators are said to be 8 PSI and its been cold here, so must be fuel cut. I need a boost gauge!
