Good Transfer Case Story.....Giving some love to Germain Mazda in Columbus, OH

Ok having a cx5 awd, there is a transfer case front, and a rear differential with a mag clutch Both of which have a drain and fill hole right on the unit. The 16 cx9 layout is similiar.

Just pulled a transfer case out of a 07 CX-9 in my garage. Exhaust pipe needs to be unbolted and moved aside. Driveshaft unbolted. Catalytic converter removed. Anti rotate engine mount removed. Right axle removed. Right strut unbolted. Various pain in the A$$ brackets and shields removed. A very labor intensive job. I'm pretty well equipped with tools but no hoist which would would be great for maneuvering underneath for this job. Just hope you don't break a stud off in the exhaust manifold.
