Moog End Links (JBR Rear Sway Bar)

Back in May 2015 I replaced the stock RSB on my 2013 Mazda 5 sport with a Tru-Torsion 1.25 RSB from James Barone Racing. At the same time, I also purchased and installed the JBR-endorsed and recommended $85 Moog End Links (grease-able), also from JBR.

Now, 15 months and 9k miles later, the Moog End Links are shot and no longer support the RSB. The tip of the RSB makes contact with the lower control arm. I can hear the contact as a clunk every time I go over a speed bump or down a ramp/driveway.

I called JBR on Friday, but nobody answered, so I left a voicemail and sent him an email, and hope to hear back soon...........in the interim, my questions to the forum are these:

Experience (Has this happened to anyone else?)

Warranty (Should I reasonably hope to get the Moog end links replaced under JBR/Moog warranty, because 15 months (and 9k miles) seems like an awfully short life span for $85 end links.)

Replacement (Should I gamble on replacing the end links with another identical pair from JBR/Moog or is there something better (more heavy duty) I should buy and install?)

FWIW, yes, I greased the end links every 3k miles here in San Diego. The RSB is set to the middle of the three settings. No, I didn't race or autocross the 5; in fact, it was just my wife driving it and hauling the kids around town.

I welcome your thoughts and suggestions!
