P0660/P2009 Codes

My daughter's 2003 P5 just started throwing a P660 and P2009 OBDII codes. I guess this is something to do with the VTSC/VICS. The car is completely stock with 141K miles on it.

So, what should I start looking at? Vacuum lines, electrical? Thanks.

Well, the solenoid on the left (white connector) is reading as an open circuit. So, definitely bad. The one on the right (green connector) is reading 60-70 ohms. I believe the spec should be 22-26 ohms. Maybe I'll just grab 2 off Amazon and be done with it. The vacuum hoses look fine.

I replaced both solenoids tonight. Cleared the fault codes. The P5 is happy again.
