Gas/Fuel smell when engine is running (and shortly thereafter)

Hey all, got my MSP out of storage and getting it road worthy. Had it tuned up by my mechanic and one of the things I had them look at was the gas smell when the engine is running. The EVAP is fine, the line pressurizes correctly, and there are no leaks in the system. The mechanic said he thought that by putting in an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator that it might make the smell go away, but the fuel system itself was fine.

I'm running stock injectors, fuel pump, and an aftermarket Perrin rail. No drips or leaks that I can see, and it only shows up when the car is running, or shortly afterwards. I currently have it parked while I try to find a vacuum leak, but I'm a little concerned about the odor (not to mention you can smell it inside the cab, and that's no fun either) Anyone have any ideas/suggestions on how to fix this?

Maybe check the fuel pump access panel area under the back seat? There has to be a leak somewhere
