Should I install Mazda Nav in 2013 CX-5?

Mazda 5
I have a 2013 CX-5 that I just bought and was thinking of adding a navigation system to it. I found on Amazon OEM nav for $300 and looks like an easy install.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/ (commissions earned)

I have searched for reviews and have found very little. I am currently using my phone's GPS which is excellent. Is it worth the $300 for the Mazda Tom Tom nav system? I like the idea of the larger screen and not having to use data and battery power on my phone.

Any thoughts or reviews of the Tom Tom nav? Also, some questions

1. I read that you get 3 years of updates. Is that still true or do you have to pay for them?
2. Is there live traffic and rerouting?

Thanks for any help.

Buy $25 phone mount
Run power cord to phone from usb port, or 12 volt adapter.
Use Waze or your favorite app...

Save hundreds.

For $300 you could buy a phone that supports a NAV app. We use Google, works fine!
Along time ago I bought a Garmin for $90, I'm sure there are better Garmins (or Magellan) available now. The Garmin works for less money.

Garmin works well for me, but sometime it stop showing street when I am type in the street name. 300 for a small OEM nav is not worth your money.
