Like what I had mentioned here a couple of days ago, I didn't notice a huge difference in ride and comfort. Feels like the 20s it had on during my test drive. But one thing to really consider is the tire size you want to use. If you go low, you'll be compromising the ride comfort as well as where you can drive her or not. 265/40 R22 is what I'm using.

Hi toolytah,

your post brought me to this forum. I was looking for specs on the 2016 wheels. The width of the rims you listed seem to be for a 2015.

Hi all,

I'm a future CX-9 owner from Taiwan and I'd like to ask a question.

Can 20"x8.5J et28 wheels fit on 2017 CX-9? (with 255/50/20 tires)?

Hi all,

I just wanted to share quick snaps of my CX9's summer shoes.

The rims are 20" Rotiform Monoblock in black and DDT.

I bought 60mm blank center caps from eBay, painted them flat black. I then found some original Mazda xals removed the emblems and glued them to the caps with JB weld. It's been two weeks and the emblems are holding strong. Rims now look OEM

I'm happy with the overall look, it's just too bad they aren't 22s.

A question for you guys. The lugs in the rims are OEM and they are a tight fit. I'm looking to get some smaller spline lugs, which color should I go for.

Chrome, black, ofr chrome+black, which is a bit pricier for 20 lugs

This is the nicest CX9 I've come across online so far!! Would you happen to have another picture in better lighting conditions? I'm on the fence on if 22" wheels don't have enough tire to still be practical (for an SUV).

17 CX5 Gt had the stock wheels exchanged to all chrome wow what a difference the car is dark blue in color and blah to see now with the chrome it jumps out to see. I would to get a chrome strip at the bottom of the door at rocker panel like the CX 9 has to chrome it up. I purchased the wheels from Detroit wheels . com easy to work with ask for Brian.

Offset is not specified here but it should be around 55-40.
