Where & how did you place your CROSSOVER for front component door speakers?

Never installed components before....but am about to try tonight.

Just curious as to where u guys placed the crossover & how it's workin out. Double-sided tape? Velcro? Inside of door panel? Kick panel? Door pocket?

I don't have components in my P5, but in previous cars I just put them behind the kick panel trim or under the dash.

No chance of my crossovers fitting anywhere in the doors so they have a home hidden behind a quarter panel in the hatch. Boston makes (made) some.amazing speakers but to keep a stealth install and keep everything hidden/stock looking can be a challenge.

Is this a bad place in the door? Using industrial strength velcro.

As long as there isn't any interference with the window, it'll be fine.

Yeah theyre clear of the window. Do I need to cover in plastic, or otherwise worry about water/moisture?
