Oil Cooler Replacement

Found out a while back that my Mazda 5 has an oil leak above the oil filter. Researched it online and found out that I need to replace the entire oil cooler, since it is the old black model and I cannot replace the gasket. I found one for pretty cheap ($150 compared to the $400+ at other sites) and am going to replace it this weekend, along with an oil and oil filter change. Do I just take the old one off after draining the oil and put the new one on, or is there any gasket type stuff or anything that I need to do?

Mine looked more like the Dorman with the black plastic frame and blue silicone seal, also my OEM oil cooler was black and had one 90 degree fitting, i ultimately installed the "Mazda5 Mexico Oil Cooler Model with two straight fittings"

look at the reviews noted:

BLACK OIL COOLER:

SILVER OIL COOLER:
Look at the last(3rd) Picture of the gasket that shows the oil cooler in detail. it show where the OEM All Black gasket, inner flat lip catches and is held by the tab, this might be update version that I'm not aware of when i did my replacement
